You should receive a confirmation email right after your purchase. If it's not in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder. Tracking numbers and instructions are usually sent 7 business days after your order, sometimes sooner. If you still haven't received anything, please contact our customer service through the chat box in the lower right corner of our website.
- Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
- Economy Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 9-14 business days.

If there’s an issue, we’ll exchange or refund your purchase to ensure you're completely satisfied.
We apologize if your order wasn't delivered promptly or arrived damaged. First, check around your property, mailbox, and with your neighbors. If it's still lost or damaged, contact us. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for damages or loss caused by the shipping carrier.
You can exchange any item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unworn, with original packaging and tags, and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns can be refunded as a credit back to your credit card, store credit, or company check. Customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there's a quality issue. You can cancel your order within 48 hours if it hasn’t been shipped yet. If it has already shipped, we’ll try to cancel it but can't guarantee it. If you receive a canceled order, accept delivery and contact our customer service for return instructions. Customized orders can be canceled within 48 hours as long as the imprinting process hasn’t started.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address for you. Once the order has been shipped, we can’t make any changes to the shipping address.
Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations. Gift cards can be purchased on our website and are delivered via email with instructions on how to redeem them. They make the perfect gift for any sports enthusiast!
