The total estimated delivery time for your order is the sum of Handling Time plus Transit Time.
Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
4. Order Cut-off Time
- The order cut-off time is 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.
5. Order Tracking and Communication
- Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped (typically within 1-2 business days), you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Custom Orders: Products that have customizations will take longer to ship out. We will reach out to you separately to confirm details; these items will only be processed and shipped after we receive the necessary customizations.
