Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items are unopened in original packaging or have never been used

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@elitezonesports.com

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product is defective, you may return it in accordance with our return guidelines.

Return Guidelines:

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we only replace items that were initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at support@elitezonesports.com

Damages and issues (Defective Products)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Our Defective products return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee is USD 0.00 and the Re-stocking fee is USD 0.00.

For your responsibility (Customer Remorse)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchase by mistake doesn’t need any more or if the wrong products are so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. You will bear the Actual cost of return shipping. The Re-stocking fee is USD 0.00.

Returning or Exchanging New Items:
Try On Indoors: Please try on all gear indoors. Do not remove tags or lose packaging.
Repackage Carefully: If the item doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, place it back in its original packaging, request and fill out the return sheet, and send it back.
Condition Check: Our Returns Department will ensure the item is in brand-new, re-sellable condition, checking for:
Any signs of wear, including but not limited to grass stains, dirt, markings, odors, or scuffs.
All apparel must have its original tags attached. Without tags, exchanges or returns will not be accepted.
Any items sold as a set must be returned as a set.

Non-Eligible Items for Return or Exchange:
Customized Jerseys: Includes jerseys with your personal name and/or number.
Promo Code or Gift Items: Items purchased using a promo code or received as a gift.
Large Quantity Orders: Customized/team items, club/team orders, and large quantity orders.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. So, refund processing time is 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
